Leonie Worthington is well known as an illustrator of the Bananas in Pyjamas picture books. Her warm, clear illustrations are perfect for the very young. She recently collaborated with David Bedford on Let's Play Colours (Little Hare Books, 2003).

David Bedford is predominantly known for his picture books, which have been published around the world. Titles include Big Bears Can! (illustrated by Gaby Hansen), Big Bear, Little Bear (illustrated by Jane Chapman) and The Long Journey Home (illustrated by Penny Ives). Forthcoming titles include I Love! with Ann James (Little Hare Books, 2004). He is also the author of a junior fiction series of books about a soccer team, The Team.
