STATUS REPORTS
As you browse our website you will be informed of the stock status of
particular titles. If you are unsure what the status means, an explanation
will pop up when your mouse cursor moves over it.
Please note:
Individual titles stock status is updated three times a week so reports
are normally accurate.
From time to time however we can have multiple orders come in between
website updates so status reports for a short period of time may be inaccurate,
which means a title listed as "In Stock" may need to go to backorder.

In the early 1960s, Allan studied teacher training in Sunderland, where he also met Janet, his future wife. He had tackled a wide variety of jobs, ranging from postman to plumber's mate before working as a primary teacher for ten years. Janet, however, discovering that she 'couldn't do the policing job', went on to study graphic design, which led her to her vocation as an illustrator.
